ABOUT ME
I’m a U.S. Army Veteran and licensed mental health practitioner with two decades of leadership and clinical experience supporting high performers, executives, and individuals navigating complex emotional and professional challenges. My work integrates trauma-informed clinical coaching and when appropriate offer bring specialized expertise in psychedelic preparation and integration, helping clients approach these experiences safely, intentionally, and with long-term impact.
I’ve contributed to national policy change through congressional testimony and human rights advocacy, and I bring that same clarity and grounded perspective into my coaching work. Whether you’re preparing for a psychedelic experience, integrating insights afterward, or pursuing personal or professional transformation, I create a structured, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
